Ceez & Ray is an entertainment and apparel brand operated by Black Picket Fence Entertainment. Our merchandise is produced on demand through our manufacturing and fulfillment partners. Every item is custom-made specifically for your order.

Because products are made to order, please review these Terms carefully before purchasing.

Orders

By placing an order you agree that:

• All information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
• Once an order enters production it cannot be modified.
• Product colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and printing processes.
• Product placement and sizing may vary slightly due to the custom manufacturing process.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

Pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

Made-to-Order Products

Every Ceez & Ray item is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.

Because of this custom production process:

• We do not keep inventory.
• Orders cannot generally be cancelled once production has begun.
• Returns for buyer's remorse are not accepted.

Shipping

Orders are manufactured after purchase and then shipped to the address provided during checkout.

Production and shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

Tracking information will be provided whenever available.

Return & Refund Policy

Because every item is custom-made, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Ordering the wrong size
• Ordering the wrong color
• Changing your mind
• Buyer remorse
• Incorrect shipping addresses
• Incorrect customer information submitted during checkout

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Eligible Refunds or Replacements

We will gladly assist if one of the following situations occurs.

A. Defective Product

If your order arrives with:

• manufacturing defects
• printing defects
• damaged construction
• incorrect product

please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Order number
• Clear photographs of the issue
• Description of the problem

After verification, we may provide:

• a replacement product, or
• a refund at our discretion.

B. Wrong Item Received

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, we will replace the item or issue an appropriate refund after verification.

C. Lost Packages

If tracking indicates your package has been lost during transit due to the shipping carrier, please contact us.

After carrier verification, we may provide:

• a replacement shipment, or
• a refund.

D. Significant Shipping Delays

If your package experiences an unusually long delay due solely to shipping carrier issues, we will work with the carrier to determine the appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, we may provide:

• a replacement
• a refund
• another reasonable resolution

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered:

• we cannot guarantee delivery;
• additional shipping, storage, handling, or redelivery fees may apply; and
• those additional costs are the customer's responsibility.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

Customs, Duties & International Orders

International customers are responsible for any applicable:

• customs duties
• import taxes
• VAT
• brokerage fees
• government charges

Failure to pay required customs fees or provide requested customs documentation may result in your shipment being delayed, returned, destroyed, or abandoned by customs authorities.

In these situations, refunds or replacements will not be provided.

Refused Deliveries

If a shipment is refused by the recipient:

• ownership of the shipment is considered forfeited;
• refunds will not be issued; and
• any additional shipping or storage charges remain the responsibility of the customer.
